These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of usacommunitycard.com (the “Site”), which is operated by USA Health Services LLC, doing business as USA Community Card (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we offer
USA Community Card provides shared direct-mail advertising. Businesses reserve a placement on a community card that is printed and mailed to households in a selected city or town. Each edition features one business per category.
Advertising provides exposure to potential customers. We do not guarantee sales, leads, or specific business results.
Ordering and the Advertising Services Agreement
When you reserve a placement, the checkout builds an Advertising Services Agreement from the details you enter. You must review it, enter your name and electronic signature, and accept it before you continue to payment. The Advertising Services Agreement controls your order. If these Terms and the Advertising Services Agreement conflict about your order, the Advertising Services Agreement controls.
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business you enter, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for printing or saving your copy of the agreement during checkout.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars and may change. The price you see and accept at checkout applies to your order.
- Spotlight placements are billed monthly for the advertising duration you select. The optional ad design add-on is a one-time fee charged with your first payment.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive your card number.
- Category and town availability is limited, and a reservation is confirmed after payment and our confirmation of availability.
- Refunds, changes, and cancellations are governed by the Advertising Services Agreement.
Advertisement content
- You confirm that you have the right to use all text, images, logos, and other materials you submit, and you authorize us to reproduce them for your advertisement.
- Religious advocacy, political messaging, and harmful, discriminatory, misleading, or offensive content is not allowed. We may decline or ask you to change any content.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving your final advertisement before printing.
Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to submit false or misleading information.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content or artwork except as these Terms allow.
Ownership and third-party ads
The Site, our name, logo, and design are owned by the Company or its licensors. The advertisements and logos shown on the Site belong to the businesses that provided them and are displayed with their permission as examples of our work.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other services, such as Stripe and Facebook. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Except as the law requires, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or the results of any advertising.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Site. For anything related to your advertising order, our responsibility is limited as stated in the Advertising Services Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will try to resolve any disagreement in good faith first.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us. It is part of these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.
