- Your selections: city, business category, spotlight size, advertising duration, and whether you want ad design support.
- Your electronic signature details: authorized name, typed signature, the date and time you accepted, and the agreement text you accepted.

What we do not collect
- We do not collect or see your payment card number. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page.
- We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or analytics tools on this website.
- We do not use Facebook Pixel or similar tools on this website, and we do not receive data about you from Facebook through this site.
How we use your information
- To automatically build your Advertising Services Agreement from the details you enter, so you can review it, sign it, and print or save it.
- To process and confirm your reservation, and to contact you about your order, ad design, and approval.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.
We only use service providers needed to run the site and process your order, and only for those purposes. These include Stripe (payment processing, under Stripe's own privacy policy) and the hosting and form-handling services that deliver this website and your submissions to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
How long we keep information
The agreement is created in your browser from the details you enter, and you are responsible for printing or saving your copy before you leave checkout.
When you submit a reservation or a contact form, the details you submitted are sent to us so that we can fulfill your order and answer you. We keep that information only as long as we need it for those purposes and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then we delete it.
Cookies and third-party content
We do not set our own tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you visit. When you go to Stripe's payment page or to our Facebook page, those sites have their own cookies and privacy policies.
Facebook and social media
Our website links to our Facebook page. If you message or interact with us on Facebook, that activity is governed by Facebook's own terms and privacy policy. We do not use information from Facebook to build profiles of visitors to this website, and we do not sell or share any information we receive through Facebook.
Text messages
If you text us, for example by texting JOIN to 618-305-3337, we use your phone number and message only to reply to you and help with your reservation. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving replies by telling us to stop.
Your choices and rights
To request deletion of any information you gave us, including through Facebook, contact us using the details below. We will confirm when it is done, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and payments are handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
